Test for detection of RNase contaminants: No detectable degradation of fluorescent-marked oligonucleotide was observed after incubation of dTTP for 30 minunts at 37°C.
Functional test: The product has been tested for receiving products with length more than 15,000 base pair nucleotides with T7 phage DNA as a template.
