NotesdNTPs may precipitate in a freezer and will be redissolved again at short heating (37°C, shaking for 1-2 min) without influence on dNTP properties.
Quality controlTest for detection of endo- and exo-deoxyribonuclease and phosphatase contaminants: No detectable degradation of single-stranded and double-stranded oligonucleotide was observed after incubation of dNTP mix for 3 hour at 37°C.
Test for detection of RNase contaminants: No detectable degradation of fluorescent-marked oligonucleotide was observed after incubation of dNTP mix for 30 minunts at 37°C.
Functional test: The product has been tested for receiving products with length more than 15,000 base pair nucleotides with T7 phage DNA as a template.
