In our <a href=\"http:\/\/sibenzyme.com\/variant\/turbo\/\">Turbo line<\/a>, there are now 72 enzymes.<\/p>\n<p>These restriction endonucleases can be used for quick DNA hydrolysis (10-15 minutes) as well as in a standard reaction for 1 hour. Most of these enzymes can be used with their own reaction buffer or a universal ROSE buffer.
