Thus, Pse31I is a true isoschizomer of the restriction enzyme Eco31I.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"453\" data-end=\"616\">The producer strain was identified based on morphological and biochemical characteristics, as well as the primary structure analysis of a 16S rRNA gene fragment.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"618\" data-end=\"850\">Pse31I exhibits maximum activity at 37\u00b0C and is inactivated by incubation at 55\u00b0C and 65\u00b0C.<br data-start=\"709\" data-end=\"712\" \/>The enzyme does not cleave sites with methylated cytosine in the top strand (5\u2019-GGTCT(5mC)-3\u2019) and\/or the bottom strand (3\u2019-(5mC)CAGAG).<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"852\" data-end=\"1021\">The optimal working conditions for the enzyme are SE buffer 5 (Y) (33 mM Tris-acetate (pH 7.9), 10 mM Mg-acetate, 66 mM K-acetate, 1 mM DTT) and a temperature of 37\u00b0C.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1023\" data-end=\"1164\">The enzyme is available in both regular version and the Turbo version for rapid hydrolysis.<br data-start=\"1119\" data-end=\"1122\" \/>You can <a href=\"https:\/\/sibenzyme.com\/product\/pse31-i\/\">order the enzyme on our website<\/a>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>We have discovered a bacterial strain, Peribacillus species 31, which produces a new restriction endonuclease named Pse31I.
