Storage conditions<\/strong>: 10 mM KH2<\/sub>PO4<\/sub> (pH 7.4); 50 mM KCl; 0.1 mM EDTA; 7 mM 2-mercaptoethanol; 200 μg\/ml BSA; 50% glycerol. Store at -20°C.
Ligations<\/strong>:
After 2-fold overdigestion with enzyme about 50% of DNA fragments can be ligated by using of high concentration T4 DNA ligase with presence of 10% PEG. Of these more than 90% can be recut.
Non-specific hydrolisis<\/strong>:
No nonspecific activity was detected after incubation of 1 μg of Lambda DNA with 40 u.a. of enzyme for 16 hours at 37°C.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
