Storage conditions<\/strong>: 10 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.5); 50 mM KCl; 0,1 mM EDTA; 7 mM 2-mercaptoethanol; 200 \u03bcg\/ml BSA, 50% glycerol. Store at -20\u00b0C.
\nLigations<\/strong>:
\nAfter 2-fold overdigestion with enzyme more than 70% of DNA fragments can be ligated. Of these 80% can be recut. In the presence of 10% PEG ligation is better.
\nNon-specific hydrolisis<\/strong>:
\nNo nonspecific activity was detected after incubation of 1 \u03bcg of T7 DNA with 2 u.a. of enzyme for 16 hours at 30\u00b0C.Reagents Supplied with Enzyme<\/b><\/p>\n

\nMethylation sensitivity<\/strong>: not tested
\nNotes:<\/strong> High enzyme concentration may result in star activity.
\nIncubation at 37\u00b0C results in 20% activity.
\nTo obtain 100% activity, BSA should be added to the 1 x reaction mix to a final concentration of 100 \u03bcg\/ml.
\nDo not use BSA for long incubation.
