Storage at -70°C is recommended for periods longer than 7 days.
Ligations<\/strong>:
After 3-fold overdigestion with enzyme > 95% of Ad2 DNA fragments can be ligated with T4 DNA Ligase and recut.
Non-specific hydrolisis<\/strong>:
No nonspecific activity was detected after incubation of 1 μg of Ad2 DNA with 4 units of enzyme for 16 hours at 37°C.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
