This DNA ladder is not intended for DNA quantification, but can be used for approximate estimation by comparing the intensity of fragments of the same size.
\nWe recommend loading 0.5\u20131 \u00b5g of DNA marker per lane.
\nBefore use, add 1\/10 volume of loading buffer with dye to the DNA marker.
