Description
Tli-Inorganic Pyrophosphatase catalyzes the hydrolysis of inorganic pyrophosphate to form orthophosphate: P2O7-4+H2O -> 2HPO4-2. Enzyme is extremely thermostable.
Source: Isolated from E.coli strain that carries the cloned Inorganic pyrophosphatase gene from Thermococcus litoralis.
