Reaction buffer: SE-buffer DNA polymerase Taq
Storage conditions: 20 mM Tris-HCl (pH 7.6); 100 mM KCl; 0.1 mM EDTA; 1 mM DTT; 0.5% Triton X-100; 50% glycerol. Store at -20°C.
Quality control: DNA free.
The enzyme is purified free of contaminating endonucleases andexonucleases.
